Pictures and video from our first Sung High Mass

Our first Sung High Mass was celebrated on the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and given the circumstances in which we find ourselves these days it could not have gone better. The church was packed again including the extra seating placed in the narthex.

I’m having a little trouble uploading the pictures this time so please find them on the St. Bartholomew the Apostle Catholic Church Facebook Page. Below please find the video of the Mass which will also allow you to hear the schola singing the polyphonic “Mass for four voices” composed by William Byrd.

It was truly an honor for all of us to assist at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in this way. I pray that God was pleased with our humble offering and I am grateful that He allowed us to celebrate this Mass to honor Him and our Blessed Mother. Special thanks to our Pastor Father Christopher Plant and Parochial Vicar Father Ricardo Arriola for providing this Mass and all the Sacraments through which we experience God’s grace and are drawn closer to Him. Deo Gratias!
